ABOUT

Interior Designers, and Sisters, Michelle and Dana, share a passion for design. While Dana is a Realtor in Florida and a trained artist with an eye for color and design, Michelle has been renovating homes for the past 10 years.

At Dimora Designs we understand the competitiveness of the Real Estate industry so if you are looking for design help in a newly purchased house or if you need help staging for selling, we can create the perfect space.

Michelle and Dana are both mothers who like to run a clean and organized household. Homes are  now being used for multiple purposes and we can ensure your newly designed spaces will be both practical and functional.

We love working with neutral colors as a base and adding pops of color throughout the space. Monochromatic colors, gray, black, white, silver, gold, and adding in wood and metal accents to round out a modern or industrial touch and blend it into a transitional home.

Our line of Home Décor items has been curated to reflect our aesthetic, and we use many of these products in our day-to-day life.

DANA MARINO

CEO & Interior Designer

I am an artist and a creative. Having an eye for design and appealing color schemes allows me to offer my clients a unique experience by helping them see how to imagine an empty space becoming their home. Not only can I help my clients find a home, but I can help them design a space that they will enjoy for years to come.

At Dimora Designs we specialize in working with neutral colors as a base and adding pops of color throughout the space. Monochromatic colors, gray, black, white, silver, and gold, and adding in wood and metal accents to round out a modern or industrial touch and blend it into a transitional home.

Lately, we have been working with investors to design their short-term rentals which has been a dream of ours! Being a Realtor allows me the opportunity to be a part of my client’s journey of creating generational wealth by purchasing real estate, and my favorite part is watching a first-time home buyer receive the set of keys to their new home. Owning real estate is powerful and it is my goal to help my clients understand the benefits that come along with it.

MICHELLE SCHIESSLE

President & Interior Designer

For the last ten years my husband and I have been renovating homes in the Tampa and Atlanta area. He is a Civil Engineer and has taught me a lot about construction, and I  taught him about design. I have always had the ability to visualize how to improve the form and function of older outdated spaces. Our home in Atlanta is a work in progress, and we continue to renovate each room to adjust to our growing family’s needs.

I am a mom with two toddlers and a mini Goldendoodle. My design style is all about function and sophistication. I've been living in Atlanta for the past eight years.

The J Foundation

We established the J Foundation in 2023 in honor of our family. Jocelyn's mother, Jenna, passed away in 2020. We want to recognize the letter "J" for Jenna, Julianna, Jayda, and Jocelyn to represent the strong bond between her daughters and their mother. This Foundation aims to raise awareness for leukemia patients and survivors.
