Dimora Designs was founded by sisters Dana Marino and Michelle Schiessle, who were raised in a traditional Italian American household where family values were at the core of everything they did. It was essential for them to incorporate these values into their brand, which is why they chose the name "Dimora" meaning "Home" in Italian, a reflection of their commitment to creating spaces that feel welcoming and nurturing.
Together, Dana and Michelle combine their skills and shared values to create exceptional interior designs that not only enhance the functionality and beauty of spaces but also maximize the return on investment for their clients. At Dimora Designs, our family values guide everything we do, and we are dedicated to making your home or project a place where life’s best moments unfold.

CEO & Designer
Dana Marino
Dana brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to Dimora Designs. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, she also majored in Interior Design at the prestigious Ringling College of Art & Design. Dana is an artist by nature, with a passion for transforming spaces into works of art. Her extensive experience spans over 20 years working with Fortune 500 companies in Operations, Project Management, and Process Reengineering.
In addition to her design expertise, Dana is the Broker Owner of Dimora Realty in Florida. She offers a comprehensive service, helping you find the perfect land to build on, guiding you through renovations, and ultimately selling the property once it’s complete.
President & Designer
Michelle Schiessle
For the last ten years, Michelle and her husband have been renovating homes in the Tampa and Atlanta areas. Her husband, a Civil Engineer, has taught her a lot about construction, while she has shared her knowledge of design with him. Michelle has always had the ability to visualize how to improve the form and functionality of spaces. Their home in Atlanta is a work in progress, and they continue to renovate each room to adapt to their growing family’s needs.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and her hands-on experience and keen eye for detail make her an invaluable asset to Dimora Designs.
